DAY01
- Board your comfortable AC Tempo Traveller from Delhi (Akshardham / Kashmiri Gate) or Haridwar / Rishikesh (ISBT) in the evening (~8:00 PM).
- Enjoy an overnight journey through the scenic mountain highway along the Alaknanda river stream.
- Pit-stop at highway dhabas for night tea & dinner with fellow squad members.
💡 Trip Tip: Keep a warm jacket accessible as temperatures cool down significantly upon entering Rudraprayag valley.
DAY02
- Arrive in Sari Village / Chopta by morning (~9:00 AM), check-in to your scenic Swiss Campsite & freshen up.
- Post lunch, begin the 2.3 km trek to the pristine Deoriatal Lake through lush rhododendron & oak forests.
- Witness the world-famous crystal-clear reflection of the snow-covered Chaukhamba Peaks in Deoriatal waters.
- Trek back to Chopta campsite by evening.
- Hot dinner around bonfire, acoustic music & stargazing under pristine Himalayan skies. Overnight stay in Chopta camps.
💡 Trip Tip: Deoriatal offers one of the best sunset views in Garhwal — keep your camera charged!
DAY03
- Wake up early and post breakfast, head to Chopta base to start the 5 km trek to Tungnath & Chandrashila.
- Trek along paved alpine meadows (Bugyals) to reach Tungnath Temple (12,073 ft) — the highest Shiva temple in the world (part of Panch Kedar).
- Continue 1.5 km steep climb to Chandrashila Peak (13,100 ft).
- Stand atop Chandrashila for an extraordinary 360° panoramic view of major Himalayan peaks: Nanda Devi, Trishul, Kedar, Bandarpoonch & Chaukhamba.
- Descend back to Chopta base by afternoon. Hot dinner & overnight stay in Chopta camps.
💡 Trip Tip: Carry a warm windproof jacket & gloves for the chilly winds at Chandrashila peak!
DAY04
- Check-out from Chopta camps after breakfast and drive downhill.
- Visit Ukhimath Omkareshwar Temple — the sacred winter seat of Lord Kedarnath and Lord Madhyamaheshwar.
- Drive towards Rishikesh, stopping at scenic river viewpoints en route.
- Optional white water rafting session at Shivpuri / witness evening Ganga Aarti at Triveni Ghat in Rishikesh.
- Board the overnight AC Tempo Traveller back to Haridwar & Delhi (~6:30 PM).

DAY05
- Arrive in Haridwar / Rishikesh by early morning (~4:00 AM) and Delhi by morning (~8:00 AM).
